Rick Todd, Executive Director. BA in Education from Michigan State University. Rick has a dozen+ years in the classroom as a middle school teacher and additional years tutoring youth. He has nearly 20 years working in the video technology industry from engineering and technical support to technical sales. Additionally, he has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America for 40+ years as an adult and 4 years as a youth. He served as summer camp program director and camp director for 5 years during his teaching years. Together he has skills related to educational program planning and effective implementation and utilization of technology.
Cristian Erickson, Program Coordinator. Alex Shaver, Program Specialist. Cindy Todd, Expressive Arts Project Director. Cindy has worked over 30 years in daycare for preschoolers and worked 4 summers at Northwoods Scout Reservation. She is a local cake decorator and former card and paper arts demonstrator. Cindy designs and produces cakes, paper arts, and textile art projects with the teens allowing them to develop skills and produce creative projects that foster their appreciation and enjoyment of the arts. Our board president has worked closely with local government as a volunteer and committee member for past mayoral officials. The board represents many of the faith community, the local business groups, the local high school, local law enforcement, and the community action groups. With a such a diverse group with regards to age, gender, and vocations we have represented many concerns from various community groups that share concerns with the youth of the Eaton County area. |
